The Yiddish Studies journal In Geveb has just released an interview with Cornell's visiting assistant professor of Jewish Studies, Jonathan Branfman. The interview discusses Branfman's forthcoming Yiddish LGBTQ youth guide, which will be the first such resource in Yiddish. Translated by Eli Rosen from the English original, this Yiddish edition serves multiple readerships by bridging Hasidic and YIVO dialects of Yiddish.
